Sarah Gilchrist is the one who assisted us, treated us very friendly and respectfully ( Which is more important for me than anything ) The negotiation went very smoothly and gave me the price what I am looking for. I will definitely come back when I want to upgrade. Trust me with this review you won’t be disappointed. On top of it they have 2 year carwash free and matched us with low apr. I plan to take my friend here as he is also looking for a new Honda.

Needed a new vehicle for my wife. Had Honda commuter car for years and it was far more dependable than any other car Ive owned so decided on another Honda. Was so impressed with the extreme comfort level of our sales person Bob Shafer I ended up purchasing a CRV for my wife and an accord coupe for myself the same day. Have had my vehicle back for servicing today, very fast, efficient and professional. Whether you are looking for pre-owned or a new vehicle, I reccomend A Honda purchase from Honda East and Mr Bob Shafer. You will be made to feel at home with no pressure. Any Honda vehicle is a good solid value and dependable.

I was a little leery of purchasing a car from a “no haggle” dealership. After doing a lot of research on the year, make, model, and trim package of Pilot my wife and I were looking to buy I had a really good sense of what pricing should be. To my surprise, the price at Honda East was the best deal within 150 miles and it wasn’t really even close. As a matter of fact, the day before we did our test drive the price dropped another $500. I already felt pretty good about the deal, but this additional reduction took the deal from good to great.My first experience dealing with East Honda came when I called to inquire about what makes up the “out the door” cost of the car. They were very clear on what you are expected to pay for above-and-beyond the sales price. There was nothing beyond tax, registration, and doc fee. They gave me my all-in cost before I even arrived at the lot for the test drive. Jackie is the person I spoke to. She was extremely helpful! She went so far as to give me her cell phone number since I was traveling from about 85 miles away, and she wanted to be sure my needs were met. They even offered to hold the car for me once I hit the road and started heading their way. Jackie set us up to work with Ryan Phillips once we arrived.We got there right as the sales department opened. Everyone was really nice and Ryan met us almost immediately. After filling out the necessary test drive paperwork we were off. Ryan took us on a route that really gave us a good mix of driving conditions (highway, back roads, through town, etc.). He was very knowledgeable. He came across as a very honest person. He was great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from him.One thing I meant to mention... On our way to the dealership the “low tire pressure light” came on in my Accord (not the car we were buying, but the one we used to get to the dealership). I was a little worried about driving back home with the tire pressure low. I mentioned it to Ryan while were out test driving the Pilot. He had service take look at my car and add air to the tires where needed. It was a small thing, but I certainly appreciated it.Lastly, the “no haggle” piece of this transaction was a pleasure. I’ve been at the negotiating table several times when buying cars. Each time i’ve either gotten what I felt was a fair price or walked. To do so is a pretty big investment in time. With my experience at Honda East I knew everything up front. The only question was whether or not we wanted the car after testing it out. Once we decided we did, finalizing the deal was easy as could be. Ryan took care of all that he could (quickly) then introduced us to Tyler (I think - could have been Taylor), the Finance Manager.I figured this was where the pressure was going to be applied. I was certain we’d get pressured to buy an extended warranty. Tyler did his job and provided us the information for us to consider. We declined the additional coverage. Tyler listened to our reasoning, could see that we were making the best decision for us and didn’t push it further. Like everyone else at Honda East, he was great to work with!So, to sum it all up, I would certainly do business with Honda East again. With all car purchases it’s up to the customer to come to the table having done an appropriate amount of research. If you’ve done your homework you should know whether or not something is fairly priced. With our experience at Honda East we found a fairly priced Pilot that met all of our criteria, as well as a professional staff that helped us at every turn. I’m not sure that we could have asked for anything more.

Came in yesterday to try to trade in my 2017 Civic. Was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Drew! He made me feel at home, was very nice, him and his manager sat down with me and showed me OPTIONS. No pressure and we’re concerned about my financial situation and what would be BEST for me in the long run. I love how the manager and the sales rep sit down with you and make you feel like they actually want to try and help you and they care! I had just left the NIGHTMARE of Jeff Wyler in Eastgate to be refreshed where I should’ve came in the first place. There’s no hidden fees, what they tell you is what you will pay, the prices online are as listed, there’s no sales rep running to the manager in a secret office spitting numbers back and forth. They sit down and work with you!!!!!! I will continue to be a Honda customer and can’t wait to purchase a car with them in the future. Customer service was outstanding. I wish I knew the managers name to mention him also. If I had purchased a car there I would NOT have been there for 3+ hours like JEFF WYLER. Horrid customer service there !!! I highly recommend Honda and this dealership ! Also the sales rep Drew Bryant was fantastic. Quick and easy here no stress and leaving you hanging for hours on end.

Repair shop is open late for your convenience. They always do a top notch job. Somewhat pricey, but very thorough.

Brian B. (Beverly) Has to be the best sales man ive ever worked with. I liked him as soon as I saw him when it comes to sales people.He is straightforward , honest, super duper knowledgable not pushy or willing to jump off the building if you change your mind. I was looking at a Hybrid Insight . Decided to wait a few more years went for something else a few k less used. Prices where good. Hope you all buy from him till I come back .

Brian Beverly is the most down to earth,  cool, laid back, & very knowledgeable- helpful sales man ive ever worked with. Prices where competitive. Highly recommend him and the not overly show off the success lay out of the Business. Love the new insight. Just a hair out of current budget.

In the early morning , while it was still dark, I hit a pot hole in my CRV, that was covered by flood water. Naturally, my tire blew out but I rode on the rim until I got to Honda. It was there that Alysia Lang, Service Advisor, was so kind and helpful that so renewed my faith in in the "kindness of strangers". When I am ready to purchase a new CRV , you can bet I will be returning! Thank you < Alysia!
