Used Car Salesman are Scum of the Retail World.. Hate them and there dishonest practices and Honda East is no exception to that.. purchased a used car with a rattling sunroof and tried to get some help to get the issue addressed but since I didn't buy the ripoff "warranty" they said they couldn't do anything.. well I took it to an guy who did sunroof repairs and he said the thing was in a crazy place.. paid out of pocket to fix a problem that should have been fixed before the damn car was sold... never HONDA EAST.. Once they have your money it's basically FU..

Our journey to purchase our next vehicle has been a rocky road. Adventuring into Hybrid Territory with the good of the Planet as well as your pocketbook is not for the faint of heart, but Honda East was a welcomed tour guide with great information. But most of all, we appreciated their no pressure approach in helping us to find what we needed, not just selling us what they had for sale. In the end we did NOT purchase a Honda, but the good will and great experience will have us recommending them to friends and maybe finding us purchasing a Honda in the future.

On 5/28 we purchased a 2018 Civic from Honda East and their salesman Jeff Toelke was the best. He answered all our questions and showed us 3 different model cars on the lot that we wanted to look at and it was 90+ degrees out and not once did he rush us or pressure us into buying a vehicle. He explained everything about each model which really helped in making a decision on which model to choose. We also recently purchased a used Civic from Honda East and Jeff Toelke and we had a great experience each time. Everyone on the staff that we dealt with was professional.

John Michael Byrd was extremely helpful and went above/beyond for us, as did the rest of the team who worked on our deal. Looking forward to purchasing our next Honda here!
The best experience I've ever had while buying a car. Rebecca in internet sales was so sweet, and even made a sign with my name on it to hold the van we were looking at .Our salesman, John Byrd, was so down to earth but professional at the same time. The used van I bought is in immaculate condition, and we are so happy with it. We drove all the way down there from Dayton, and we were not disappointed. Overall awesome dealership! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family .
