I have had a few minor problems off and on with the last two honda's I've bought from Honda East. Not the dealers fault, just car stuff. I call and talk with an Adviser in the service department and the thing I like is that they will speak plain english, discuss the issue you're having and give you an honest opinion on if they can address it or is there a work around/reset option.
