As we all work to stay healthy and safe during the recent spread of COVID-19, the way we live, the way we care for ourselves, and the way we interact with others has changed. At Honda East we are dedicated to following the guidelines put forth by federal, state and local health authorities to care for our staff while we continue to serve you, our valued customers.

Online Express Store – This virtual experience is available 24/7 with all the tools needed to shop for a vehicle, complete financing, and schedule the delivery of your new vehicle directly to your doorstep.

Concierge Team – For a personalized, guided online experience, our concierge team remains dedicated to helping you and making sure you have the best experience possible.

Service – Online service scheduling will remain available on our website 24/7.   When bringing your Honda in for service, we’ve added Virtual Check-In and Remote Payment Services to limit the amount of face-to-face contact you’ll have while servicing with us.

We have recently returned to our ‘normal’ business hours – with our sales teams here to assist you 7 days a week.  Still, we are following the CDC’s guidelines and will continue to make sure that our business practices are consistent with the most up-to-date information and recommendations.
